Mental Wellness – Support & Reassurance in Singapore

Ideally, caring for our Mental Health is a journey, and a consistent maintenance job, not a “wait until everything falls apart and then seek help” situation.

This can be easier said than done. But here you are, and here we are to offer some guidance in seeking help.

A SAFE SPACE TO TALK

Please remember that there is always someone to talk to. Even if it seems silly or unimportant, if it’s affecting your sleep, your appetite, your well-being, or your sense of self, sharing how you are feeling is an important step. Friends and family are often a good place to start, but during a pandemic that can be trickier than usual. Social issues like domestic violence or abuse can make reaching out even more complex, so finding a safe space to talk is extremely important.
